Cancellation Policy

In the case of a cancellation, you must notify the salon 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, this will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged at the full price of your service.

Running late

Running late happens! We’ve all been there. If you are running late, please notify your stylist as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment could be considered a late cancellation and may result in a full charge of your service.

Parking 

How to book an appointment:

Each hairstylist has a booking link in their bio. Visit your hairstylists bio here and follow their booking link to book an appointment. If you have questions about booking it is best to reach out to your stylist individually as each of us have our own booking system.
