Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancellation, you must notify your stylist 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, this will be considered a late cancellation, and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged at the full price of your service.
How to book an appointment
Each hairstylist has a booking link in their bio. Visit your hairstylist’s bio here and follow their booking link to book an appointment. If you have questions about booking, it is best to reach out to your stylist individually, as each of us has our own booking system. If you are unsure of who to book with, explore the bio page and book a consultation to get to know your stylist!
Running late
Running late happens! We’ve all been there. If you are running late, please notify your stylist as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment could be considered a late cancellation and may result in a full charge of your service.
Parking
Parking can be unpredictable. Please give yourself ample time to find a parking spot. We highly recommend using the Flowbird app for longer appointment times, which will allow you to feed your meter from inside the salon. See our free parking + paid garage guide below.
